All important components have been strengthened and processed. We use world renowned P4 grade spindle special bearings and KLUBR NBU15 grease lubrication. After assembly under constant temperature conditions, the entire spindle undergoes computer balance correction and running in testing, resulting in a long service life and high reliability. Comprehensive protection for intermittent lubrication system, coolant, water pump, and metal plate system, 380V 50Hz 3-phase. Equipped with a large flow cooling pump and a large capacity water tank, fully ensuring circulating cooling. The cooling pump power is 450W, and the cooling pump flow rate is 2.5m/h. The spindle box end face is equipped with a cooling nozzle, which can be either water-cooled or air-cooled, and can be switched freely. The cooling process can be controlled through M code or control panel. Configure a cleaning air gun to clean the machine tool.
