● Unwind Unit: International high accuracy web guiding system, single 3”/76mm unwind shaft with magnetic particle clutch. Can support 2000 meters of roll material, configured with roll end stop device.

● Lamination Unit: Additional laminate unit, to protect the surface of printed label, useful and efficient.

● Digital Die Cutting Unit: Just upload AI format of die cut line by WIFI. Equipped with 2 sets of 6 knife cutting heads, and N sets of N-knife can be customized to improve die cutting speed.

● I-mark Sensor: Track the accurate die cut position, with high 0.05mm die cutting accuracy.

1). What is your machine price? Blade price?

Are you agent or label end user? Kindly tell us your needs, we will make the detailed offer for you. Blades are imported from Swiss, which has long life time usage of 40000 meters. Price is only 17 USD/Piece.

2). How many machines you have installed so far? Any machine at Europe and Russia yet?

Since March, 2019, we have sold out more than 40 units in Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan, China, Europe not yet. We will attend the LabelExpo in Brussels, welcome to visit us by then.

3). What is your standard configuration, does it include sheeting?

Unwind-lamination-digital die cutting-rewind-matrix rewind-sheeting. Sheeting is included.

4). Can your machine also do cut-through job?

Our RBJ-350 machine can do roll to roll and roll to sheet die cut, can not do cut-through job. Such job can be done on our other machine: high speed flat-bed hot stamping & die cutting machine.
